Order & delivery

Have you ordered a package from us? Nice! We will then get to work delivering it to you. We aim that if you order before 23:45 we will deliver the next working day in both the Netherlands and Belgium, with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.

Track&Trace
With every order you will receive a PostNL Track&Trace code from us. This allows you to track your package from our warehouse to your front door. This way you are always aware of the expected delivery time and you will not miss your order! Have you not received a code from us? Please contact us.

Costs
At Croom Sanitair we believe that you should pay purely for the product you buy. We therefore do not charge shipping costs and we deliver all packages to your home for FREE!
