How long does it take to complete an order?

Was the order placed before 10:00 PM? In almost all cases we deliver the next working day!

Can I see the taps before paying?

Yes, of course! Then choose the option to pay afterwards with Klarna

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

We sincerely apologize if the order you received is different from what you ordered. Please contact our customer service to arrange it further!

How long is the warranty on a product?

By default this is 5 years with us! Does your product fall just outside of that? Please contact us anyway!
